Claber products are manufactured in compliance with the stringent Total Quality criteria of UNI EN ISO 9001: the best possible guarantee of attentive design, dependable efficiency and lasting service.
In addition, each one is accompanied by the Claber Guarantee, running for 2 years from the date of purchase.
During that time, Claber undertakes to replace or repair any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge or, should this not be possible, to replace the product.
For the Guarantee to take effect, proof of purchase (invoice, till receipt) must be produced, together with the guarantee certificate, if attached to the product. To claim repairs under the guarantee, the product must be taken to an authorized Service Centre.
